Responsibilities for the A/P Coordinator:
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Answer all vendor inquiries promptly
  • Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
  • Assist Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary
  • Assemble and process overnight shipments to home office
  • Assist in monthly closings
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
  • Perform filing and copying
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully
  • Prioritize and plan work activities and uses time efficiently
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performance
  • Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
  • Report to the appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations or standards of conduct
Requirements for the A/P Coordinator:
  • Associate’ s Degree, Bachelor’ s preferred
  • 1 year of relevant A/P experience in a healthcare, assisted living or LTAC environment
  • Very strong Excel experience
  • Ability to work collectively with the administrative team associates
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
