Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

  • Manage the monthly expense report tracking of all expense items categorized by person and by month for the customer project
  • Validate location of hotel for each person on each day against actual receipts provided
  • Grab all receipts for the given month and pull them into one word file
  • Arrange receipts in alphabetical and chronological order
  • Convert receipt file as a PDF and send to customers


Requirements for the Accounting Clerk:
  • 1-2 years of Accounting and Billing support experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
