Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Answer and distribute phone calls
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Maintain and update filing system
  • Maintain various contact lists
  • Provide support to visitors and act as a point of contact for clients
  • Handle various administrative requests from Account Managers including the President
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and process trade recommendation in compliance with internal procedures
  • Prepare check requests, gifts, transfers and wire forms on assigned accounts
  • Answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 2-5 years of experience with an established track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
