Our client in Hopkinton, MA is seeking an Analyst, Project/Program Manager to join their team. In this contract role, you will work closely with members of the Marketing Programs team to support the development and execution of events, customer reference case studies, Demand gen programs, executive PowerPoint presentations, metrics reporting, internal portal pages and content. Responsibilities for the Analyst, Project/Program Manager:
  • Manage projects, typically from initiation through delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Responsible for leading a defined project activity or module of a small project
  • Define, allocate and monitor appropriate tasks within area of responsibility
  • Provide direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management as necessary
  • Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters
  • Assume responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work
  • Identify priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program
  • Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s)
  • Work with the Services Customer Reference Manager on the development of customer case studies including: gathering input from field teams, managing customer interviews, the writing editing process and the review/ approval processes
  • Work with Social Media Marketing team to promote and distribute customer reference
  • Publish content on intranet site and post content in the central Customer Reference DB
  • Work with Customer Reference Managers on the development of customer testimonial videos including scheduling video interviews with customers and video production team, scripting the interview, reviewing the video footage and directing the editing and final video production
  • Utilize Omniture and other web tracking tools to obtain, analyze, and provide reporting on visitors to website
  • Assess trends and recommend ways to increase consumption and traffic
  • Manage the Services Marketing self-publishing process by working with content owners and graphic designers
  • Manage tracking spreadsheet to ensure all projects move through the process and work with vendor on tracking and billing projects
  • Provide graphic support, in particular PowerPoint presentation support for managers and Services Marketing executives
Requirements for the Analyst, Project/Program Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
