Our client in Hudson, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will keep current on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used to place orders, update billing and maintain record of customer contacts. As the Customer Service Representative, you will handle a large volume of inbound calls on a daily basis related to the many service offerings, including septic, drain cleaning, grease removal, inspections, and many other detailed topics. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Determine requirements by working with customers
  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Maintain order management system by entering in service orders
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; and forwarding requests
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Basic computer skills (Windows based programs, Microsoft Office and Outlook) and ability to type 50 wpm
  • Ability to work in a metric/goal driven environment
  • Ability to manage a heavy amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
