Responsibilities for Department Associate:
  • Enter service requests transcribed from voicemail and email into the service ticketing system
  • Resolve non-technical service requests in the service ticketing system
  • Follow up with users on open service desk tickets that require additional information to resolve
  • Contact the users, typically via phone, but occasionally via email, obtain the necessary information, enter this information into the service ticket and either resolve the ticket or assign to the appropriate technician for resolution                                                                                                       
Requirements for the Department Associate:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
