Responsibilities for the Estate Administration Legal Assistant:    
  • Proofread and edit documents
  • Screen telephone calls
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule calendar appointments
  • Make travel arrangements/plan client events
  • Maintain and set up files
  • Photocopy and scan
  • Create Estate Plan binders for clients
  • Scan client documents into system
  • Manage time-entry and billing
  • Coordinate signings with clients
  • Track trustee fees
  • Update/manage client database
  • Design and schedule client seminars
  • Schedule attorneys to attend seminars
  • Help develop marketing plan and strategy
  • Design and complete electronic newsletter
  • Assist with miscellaneous special projects
Requirements for the Estate Administration Legal Assistant:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
