Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
  • Schedule and maintain meetings, appointments and travel plans to effectively manage Executives’ calendar
  • Perform general administrative duties including writing and editing correspondence, answering phones, contact data maintenance, filing and processing expense reports
Requirements for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Ability to work overtime as workload demands change
  • 2+ years of experience as Executive Assistant
  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting and payroll
  • Supply management experience
  • Experience supporting C-Suite
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Ability to be an effective gatekeeper, and exercise good judgement
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
