KNF&T Staffing Resources, a Boston-based recruiting company, is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join the Accounting and Finance group – part of the Direct Hire division headquartered in Boston, MA.  As the Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for actively recruiting the top 20% of area professionals for Accounting and Finance roles across multiple levels and business units. As the Executive Search Consultant, you will be considered a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients – working closely with Hiring Managers and HR departments to ensure the hiring process is consistent with their business goals and initiatives.

Compensation: Includes commission and is market competitive

Responsibilities for the Executive Search Consultant:


  • Support full life-cycle recruitment efforts within the Accounting and Finance division, including direct souring techniques, consultative skills, and compensation
  • Proactively create a talent pipeline of candidates
  • Increase candidate flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions in order to acquire high quality candidates
  • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with ke hiring requirements and assess motivational fit
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized positions

Requirements for the Executive Search Consultant:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Finance, marketing, or sales background preferred
  • 2+ years of direct sourcing and/or agency recruiting a plus
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a sales environment and able to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
