Responsibilities for the Global Executive Assistant: 
  • Coordinate frequent and extensive travel arrangements, managing complex itineraries, including flights, charters, hotels, ground transportation, dining and other activities
  • Manage personal and professional calendars, schedule meetings, compose correspondence, plan personal appointments, assist with ad-hoc projects, purchase gifts / personal items, and distribute tickets for sporting events
  • Partner with other administrative staff across the organization and executive leadership team for mutual success, liaison with board members and contractors
  • Provide organized administrative support with follow-up on actions and deliverables

Requirements for the Global Executive Assistant:
  • Strong work ethic with 5-7+ years in an EA/PA role supporting C-Level Executives
  • Ability to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to react quickly and solve problems as they arise with minimal input
  • Ability to manage work of a confidential nature with a high level of discretion; regularly handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
