A global law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to join their team. Responsibilities for the Guest Services Attendant:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, pantry, and/or conference room at all times
  • Organize food for multiple meetings
  • Follow Meeting Room Manager (MRM) report to ensure appropriate room set up and beverages/supplies for designated event
  • Remain available throughout the meeting period to refresh and remove any food or drink item at the appropriate time
  • Gather, remove, and store food after meeting completion
  • Clean all dishes and return room to proper configuration or standard set up
  • Determine what meeting materials left in room need to be returned to the appropriate party or discarded
  • Take inventory and orders supplies according to vendor deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Verify accuracy of deliveries by checking packing slips and invoices
  • Assist with special projects on various operations issues as needed
  • Promote effective work practices, works as a team member, and shows respect for coworkers
Requirements for the Guest Services Attendant:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of general office or guest services experience
  • Knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
