Our client is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join their Westwood, MA team. The Human Resources Generalist originates and leads HR practices and assists client companies with administering their benefits along with troubleshooting any issues clients have regarding their benefits. A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a talent for customer service.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

  • Administer benefits plans for client companies and assist with questions, changes, etc.
  • Assist in setting up new client companies and impleneting new benefit plans
  • Provide day-to-day support for clients including answering questions, researching issues, and providing solutions
  • Facilitate open enrollment for clients
  • Coordinate all activities related to workers’ compensation
  • Track client eligibility for profit sharing plans


Requirements for the HR Generalist:
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines along with federal/state employment laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
