Our reputable client in Marlborough, MA is seeking an IT Support/Help Desk Representative to join their team. This contract-to-hire role will be in a call center environment, with the potential of going out into the field and providing support for clients. As the IT Support/Help Desk Representative, you will support clients through over the phone conversations and help ticket items, could be installing new firewall anti-virus solutions over the phone as well. Requirements for the IT Support/Help Desk Representative:
  • Basic understanding of Internet Service Providers, Domain Server Names and Firewall installation and maintenance
  • 1+ years’ experience of working in an IT support or help desk environment
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
