Our client is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team in Northborough, MA. You will be joining a healthcare manufacturer who is passionate about making sure coverage does not become a barrier to patient care. As the Internal Account Manager, you will work with a key service account to qualify and coordinate medications.

Responsibilities for the Internal Account Manager:

  • Managing an account and provider offices
  • Daily review of pending patient cases and prompt follow up when needed
  • Maintain direct contact with hospital pharmacy for verification and qualification of patients
  • Daily reconciliation of product dispenses and product reordering
  • Work with multifaceted parts of the organization
  • Answer in-bound calls and assist customer with pharmacy related services
  • Confirm orders with other departments and relay important information regarding patients
  • Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service

Requirements for the Internal Account Manager:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
