Our client is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their team in Wellesley, MA on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide support to the marketing team including scheduling, tracking purchase orders, answering and screening phone calls, and more.    

Responsibilities of the Marketing Administrative Assistant:

  • Schedules meetings that include both internal and external participants
  • Maintains calendars; schedules and coordinates internal and external appointments for four executives
  • Opens Purchase Orders, tracks invoice payment, and performs month end reconciliation of payments Answers, screens and directs telephone calls to appropriate staff and responds to email
  • Orders and tracks office supplies
  • Processes expense reports
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


Requirements for the Marketing Administrative Assistant:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
