A renowned university is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. In this role you will assist the Registrar’ s Office with providing customer service to students, faculty, staff and alumni. Process verifications and help students with transcript and graduation verification requests. You will also be assisting with cross-registration and non-degree registration, tracking transfer credit requests, proofing communications, and sorting mail or scanning documents. This role involves heavy records management so experience in a Registrar’ s Office or Library is a plus.

Requirements for the Office Administrator: 
  • Experience in a Registrar’ s Office or Library is a plus
  • Technology savvy with knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
