Hours for the Part Time Administrative Assistant:
  • 3 days a week (Tues. Wed. & Thurs)
  • 8: 30am to 1: 30pm or 9: 00am to 2: 00pm

Responsibilities for the Part Time Administrative Assistant:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Answer incoming email
  • File as needed
  • Maintain email contact list
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Send out wood samples and communicate what is needed with the shop
  • Reorder literature as needed
Requirements for the Part Time Administrative Assistant:
  • High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
