Responsibilities for the Part Time Call Center Representative:
  • Process telephone inquiries and fax or mail information to customers
  • Perform account maintenance including but not limited to address changes, payments, and invoice requests
  • Communicate and explain program including payment options, disputes, appeals, invoice aging information, etc.
  • File processed paperwork as necessary
  • Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift
  • Meet or exceed performance requirements as set forth by management
  • Perform other duties as directed                                     
Requirements for the Part Time Call Center Representative:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid keyboard skills, with a minimum ability to type 30 wpm
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
