Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
  • Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues that impact project progress
  • Develop communication updates for wider audience     
Requirements for the Project Manager:
  • BA or BS degree in Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
  • Highly-analytical with the ability to draw conclusions and identify opportunities using disparate sources of data
  • Strong procurement background as well as analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, database tools, and financial analysis
  • Strong team and partnering skills
  • Ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to delivering solutions
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and the corresponding ability to make decisions or recommendations on incomplete information
  • Ability to create clear, concise communication updates, which can include a focus on change management
  • Skilled in the use of: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Prior experience in Strategic Procurement
  • Experience in leading a cross functional team to deliver tangible business benefits
  • Experienced at working with and influencing key stakeholders
  • Understanding of change management challenges related to evolving business needs
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
