Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager:       
  • Oversee vendor partners to maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and the timely completion of scheduled scope of work and projects
  • Provide detailed inspections including corresponding photographs of work performed, out of scope items and/or pre/post season site inspections to identify pre-existing site conditions
  • Coach and support vendor partners to identify and resolve service performance issues
  • Participate in site tours with client representatives and/or regional facility managers
  • Schedule inspections with clients and vendor partners
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or requested
Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’ s Degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of and past experience in managing landscaping and snow removal service
  • Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results
  • Ability to work and communicate professionally and effectively with others at all levels of the organization
  • Track record of taking initiative, producing quality work, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
  • Ability to complete and manage projects with minimal direction
  • Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability and willingness to drive / travel to client sites on an ongoing basis
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
