Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will interact with all departments across the firm and assist with the upkeep of the office as well as various other tasks and projects. Responsibilities for the Receptionist:
  • Greet and engage guests in friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Screen press calls and gather all appropriate information
  • Provide phone coverage for executive lines as needed
  • Manage corporate calendars and coordinate conference rooms according to daily meetings
  • Monitor appointments and scheduled meetings
  • Ensure all guests are pre-cleared with building security
  • Review meeting details and ensure all food and A/V requirements are met
  • Set-up/ breakdown of all meetings
  • Responsible for maintenance office conference and common area
  • Assist with ad-hoc and miscellaneous projects as needed
Requirements for the Receptionist:
  • Bachelor’ s degree and 1-2 years professional experienced
  • Ability to maintain sensitivity to highly confidential information
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
