KNF&T Staffing Resources is looking for a Recruiter to join our Accounting & Finance search division -- pay is up to 65K plus a bonus and commission. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding best-in-class candidates for Accounting and Finance roles across multiple levels and business units.  You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with Hiring Managers and HR departments to ensure the hiring process is consistent with their business goals. Compensation: Includes commission and is market competitive

Responsibilities of the Recruiter: 

  • Support full-life cycle recruitment needs within the Finance and Accounting division including direct sourcing techniques, consultative skills, and compensation
  • Responsible for marketing and sales calls to prospects and current clients 
  • Proactively create a talent pipeline of candidates
  • Increase candidate flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions in order to attract and acquire high quality candidates
  • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions

Requirements for the Recruiter: 
  • Bachelor’ s degree required 
  • 2+ years of direct sourcing and/or agency recruiting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Service and Corporate Accounting  desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and selection techniques
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a sales environment and able to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
