Our client in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will work with client-facing Senior Recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and build strategic sourcing plans. The successful candidate will be a motivated recruiting team member that is deadline driven and has a high drive for results. Responsibilities for the Recruiting Sourcer:
  • Develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job families
  • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.)
  • Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and as an organization
  • Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to Senior Recruiter or hiring manager for further consideration
  • Stay abreast of best practices and share improvement recommendations with colleagues
  • Act as a mentor and/or ongoing coach to new or more junior members of the team
Requirements for the Recruiting Sourcer:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2-8+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
  • Ability to learn and understand complex products and processes
  • Technical knowledge in the object-oriented space or enterprise software preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
