Responsibilities for the Regulatory Analyst:


  • Review and prepare the various legal agreements and documents necessary to execute capital markets transactions including equity and fixed income securities, derivatives, and bank loans
  • Review, negotiate, and prepare the various legal agreements and documents necessary to execute investment management agreements and related client onboarding documentation for separate accounts
  • Prepare amendments to add clients to existing derivatives master agreements; assist in tracking and organizing agreements
  • Provide guidance to investment, trade administration, and operations personnel on actions necessary to facilitate private equity, secondary offering, registered direct, and PIPE deals
  • Review equity and fixed income offering documentation to determine client suitability
  • Support the maintenance and creation of various fund offering documents within document production tools
  • Assist in supporting emerging market access products trading by providing guidance (in some cases during overseas office hours) to trading and investment personnel
  • Review and/or prepare materials related to requests for production for certain prospective clients

Requirements for the Regulatory Analyst:
  • College undergraduate degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the legal and/or financial industries field
  • Knowledge of global capital markets, including derivatives, and a solid understanding of the investment industry
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly comfortable with data
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
