Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:

  • Support inside and outside sales teams and sales management
  • Perform quote and order entry in ERP system
  • Prepare and mail binders, price lists, and general correspondence
  • Collect and update data in sales database and/or Excel files
  • Maintain customer files
  • Take periodic incoming calls from customers
  • Act as back up to office receptionist
  • Perform other general office tasks and special projects

Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in an Administrative or support role
  • Strong in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is a must
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
