Our top client in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Sales Support to join their team. In this contract role, you will provide Administrative support to the Sales team. The key skillset for this position is a proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities for the Sales Support:
  • Perform administrative support duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filing and preparing mailings
  • Maintain department specific records and contracts
  • Schedule meetings that include both internal and external participants
  • Responsible for set-up of conference rooms to accommodate the purpose of the meeting and its participants
  • Prepare and distribute necessary meeting materials including agendas
  • Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate internal and external appointments
  • Answer, screen and direct telephone calls to appropriate staff
  • Respond to email
  • Perform general reception duties
  • Draft, proofread and edit internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and departmental databases
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Work with Facilities and IT to coordinate office/workstation moves and other space reconfigurations
  • Process SAFs and expense reports
  • Post department information on intranet or LiveWire
Requirements for the Sales Support:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 -2 years of related office experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
