As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist the CFO and Controller in their fiduciary role of preserving all the assets, tangible and intangible, and finances of the organization. Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:
  • Manage the month- and year-end closing processes for a multi-corporate structure
  • Responsible for analyzing and preparing monthly financial reporting packages
  • Assist in review of actual versus budget analysis and investigation of material variances
  • Assist in development of financial requirements and input on functional specification for system projects and enhancement
  • Responsible for year-end audit and tax returns
  • Assist with the annual budget process
  • Oversee, administer and monitor financial aspects and budgets of grants
  • Provide oversight of rental income and reconciliation of general ledger with rent manager software
  • Collaborate with property manager to ensure accurate recording of rental payments
  • Responsible for recording and maintaining fixed assets and related depreciation
  • Coordinate activities to effectively lead operational change management throughout the organization
  • Perform ad hoc requests for analysis of financial data
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Five or more years’ experience in financial analysis
  • Experience in a non-profit environment preferred Essential Functions

  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
