An independent financial planning and retirement plan consulting firm headquartered in the North Shore is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their team. As the Client Service Coordinator, you will support the Financial Planning Relationship Managers, while serving as the main point of contact. Compensation: Up to $68K + Bonus

Responsibilities for the Client Service Coordinator:
  • Work closely with Relationship Manager to proactively manage client relationships
  • Facilitate all client requests, transactions, and follow-up communications
  • Prepare materials for client meetings
  • Manage Relationship Manager’ s client calendar
  • Speak directly with clients, as well as other professionals, to help resolve client issues and requests
  • Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and deliver information regarding client matters
  • Consistent and accurate use of Salesforce to record all relevant client information and activity
  • Attend regular meetings with team members
  • Coordinate with Operations to facilitate successful completion of transactions and/or problem resolution
  • Assist with ongoing initiatives within the firm or sporadic projects
Requirements for the Client Service Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Business/ Finance
  • Series 65 a plus
  • 2 years’ experience preferred in a support role within the financial planning industry
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 2016, Experience with industry-leading CRM, financial planning and portfolio accounting systems strongly desired
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
