KNF&T Staffing Resources, an award-winning, woman-owned staffing firm, is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join the Temporary Staffing Division in Boston, MA.  You'll be joining a team that is all about working in a collaborative environment where the atmosphere is dynamic, supportive, and fun. You will be trained, encouraged to succeed, and groomed for advancement. Ideal candidates have about one year of experience recruiting or sourcing, or working an a sales environment. Compensation: Includes commission and is market competitive
  Responsibilities for the Junior Recruiter:
  • Search for candidates to staff our current open jobs with clients
  • Create a pool of candidates to use for future open jobs
  • Work closely with our candidates to help them through the interview process
  • Continue a relationship with candidates as they are on assignment to ensure they are satisfied and troubleshooting any issues
  • Partner with KNF&T's clients, Boston-area companies, to assist with their staffing needs by identifying and presenting qualified candidates
  • Manage relationships with companies to ensure their staffing needs are met and they are satisfied with our service
  • Work harmoniously with other departments within KNF&T, including other staffing divisions, payroll and marketing

  Requirements for the Recruiter:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 1+ year of prior sourcing/recruiting experience or 1+ years of sales/account management experience 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, energetic team
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Outlook
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
  • Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
