Our client in Boston, MA is looking for a Training Manager to join their team. In this role, you will develop customized individual training plans for the staff as well as identify skill gaps and training needs. Additionally, you will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts to ensure a quality training program is constructed. If you have a Bachelor’ s degree in education, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field and at least five years of learning and development experience, apply today!

Compensation: Up to $90K

Responsibilities for the Training Manager:
  • Develop individualized and group training and development plans that addresses needs and expectations
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods and programs that incorporate soft and hard skills for management and employee development
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’ s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

  Requirements for the Training Manager:
  • BA/BS in education, health care administration, public health, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive learning and development experience
  • Must have demonstrable and proven success in the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
