A top hospital in Boston, MA is seeking an Access Support Specialist with call center experience to join their team. Hours: 9: 30am-6pm

Responsibilities for the Access Support Specialist:
  • Verify registration information over the phone and in-person
  • Document all fiscal and demographic information in the medical center’ s computer system
  • Register patients via work queues or by registration forms in order to collect demographic data needed for billing, managing care, and patient care
  • Assist patients/families with any questions regarding insurance

Requirements for the Access Support Specialist:  
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates preferred
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred
  • Call center experience 
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
