Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:
  • Enter transactions in financial database for Payroll
  • Post customer checks and ACH payments
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Process billing adjustments and refunds
  • Process vendor payments
  • Work on special projects as needed to support the office
Requirements for the Accounting Assistant:
  • Previous work experience as a bookkeeper or accounting assistant
  • Knowledge of payroll and billing procedures
  • Strong math and MS Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, fun environment!
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
