Requirements for the Admin:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with MS Outlook for email, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Experience with creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat a plus
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to adapt
  • Administrative experience in the investment management or professional services field viewed favorably
  • High level of reliability, diligence, professionalism and discretion
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
