The Administrative will work closely with the members of the Finance & Administration team to provide administrative support. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Assist in processing and organizing new hire paperwork
  • Keep human resources files organized
  • Track and follow up with staff to complete required safety training
  • Assist with daily bank deposits
  • Assist with weekly accounts payable checks
  • Assist with monthly financial closing process
  • Provide support and assist with special projects around the annual independent financial audit
  • Other data entry projects and general office duties as needed
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college program
  • Interest in business administration, nonprofit preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
