The Administrative Assistant will help keep donor information organized via an online database and assist with details like creating name tags, event preparation, tracking RSVPs for events, drafting letters, and more. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Utilizing the donor database to enter certain data and pull lists as needed
  • Creating name tags; mail merging
  • Assisting with compiling binders and folders for luncheons
  • Taking RSVPs for staff luncheons and other events
  • Submitting dietary requests
  • Event help during the day of the event
  • Scanning and filing acknowledgment letters and other correspondence
  • Cleaning out front office files
  • Preparing year-end reports for mailing
  • Creating monthly introduction letters
  • Other duties as needed and assigned

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
