Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide general administrative support for department such as phone coverage, calendar maintenance, correspondence and presentation preparation
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare meeting materials as necessary
  • Arrange travel for sales management
  • Coordinate conference calls
  • Prepare and submit time and expense reports to Finance in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain the attendance calendar
  • Schedule orientation meetings for all new employees
  • Work with and interact with all levels of employees and management throughout the organization necessitating tact, diplomacy, discretion and good judgment

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 2-4 years of prior administrative experience
  • Bachelor’ s Degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Highly motivated, highly organized, and self-directed individual
  • Proactive attitude and strong customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy levels
  • Strong project skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • The ability to prioritize projects and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
