A top university in Boston, MA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this contract role, you will serve as administrative support to the Associate Director for Alumni Relations on all Law School Reunion related activities including reunion committee management, marketing and promotional materials, event logistics surrounding, etc. Apply today!

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Maintain and organize contact lists for all reunion classes
  • Maintain reunion class correspondence timeline and coordinate staff adherence to timeline (pre and post event)
  • Work with Marketing Communications team to create and manage class photo books for class receptions
  • Update contact information
  • Work with Development Communications team on printed material timeline and ensure that all materials are approved and printed in a timely manner
  • Schedule and send all reunion e-correspondence, invitation, and additional committee correspondence
  • Update website daily with reunion weekend attendees as RSVPs come in
  • Organize Saturday and Sunday afternoon activities for reunion weekend
  • Manage reunion phone hotline with RSVPs and questions
  • Serve as back-up to Assoc. Director for Alumni Relations and Senior Staff Coordinator for all other reunion event planning related projects
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
