Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Schedule and support for team meetings; take notes and handle follow up
  • Manage room booking for meetings and enter guests into security
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for assigned team
  • Set up/break down meetings; including AV and teleconference
  • Order catering for group and handle payment
  • Responsible for conference registration and travel arrangements for Business Development group
  • Manage weekly highlights distribution; high-profile update sent to Partners Leadership
  • Coordinate and manage select projects including the Annual Service Survey
  • Participate and coordinate projects and internal/external engagement efforts as assigned
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
