Our client in Boston, MA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide administrative support involving a broad range of clinical, operational, programmatic, and network development for a hospital. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel schedules and hotel reservations for the physicians
  • Occasionally types and proofs final drafts of all correspondence, scientific manuscripts, occasional grants
  • Assist in enters pertinent patient information into computer, monitors report progress through the system and make copies of CD’ s and routes to the appropriate physicians and departments
  • Updates CVs as per HMS guidelines
  • Receives incoming calls and visitors and directs them to the appropriate individuals or locations
  • Send out reminders for ACLS/conscious sedation classes to physicians to obtain and keep current certificates
  • Coordinate and mails out all patient correspondence via EPIC
  • Provide cross coverage for vacations and absences of co-workers.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
