Our client in Boston, MA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will providing support to the leadership and managers within the department through a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide support to the leadership Team and managers within the department
  • Extensive calendar management, including logistical coordination of internal and external meetings and committees
  • Travel arrangements/itinerary coordination
  • Plan lunches and team events
  • Provide telephone coverage
  • Maintain and update client-related materials and presentations
  • Manage onboarding of new hires within the department

  Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
