Our client in Burlington, MA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this contract role, you will mange travel arrangements, assist with meeting set-up, and relay information for visitor management system. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • General administrative assistance with meetings, workshops, and technical seminars (room set-up, printing agendas, etc.)
  • Assist with campus visits by key external partners and collaborators
  • Maintain supplies/office equipment
  • Development of communication materials

  Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in higher education or business supporting a high-level executive
  • Active secret level security clearance preferred
  • Knowledge of NISPOM, JPAS, EQIP, and NISS/DISS preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
