Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Perform general administrative duties that may include photocopying, typing, ordering/maintaining supplies, preparing and/or sorting mail
  • Organize and carry out routine projects/assignments under the direction of others such as: collecting and tracking data; data entry; assembling and distributing materials; file management
  • Demonstrate basic written communication, proofreading and editing skills
  • Understand the confidential requirements of position, department and company, and conducts self accordingly
  • Build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience
  • Excellent communication, writing and organization skills
  • Experience on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate / coordinate work requests with external vendors and internal customers
  • Flexible work schedule and must be able to work overtime during the weekdays / weekends, if applicable
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
