A boutique private equity firm in Wakefield, MA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting five partners and junior staff. This position pays up to $60K-$65K. Apply today!

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Manage complex schedules and travel for all staff
  • Troubleshoot travel issues
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls and schedule meetings
  • Work closely with partners to keep them informed of upcoming commitments
  • Ensure that legal documents are reviewed, executed and filed on a timely basis
  • Work closely with the lead partner and director of finance and operations during fundraising events
  • Manage the board meeting and committee schedules
  • Manage the intern recruitment process and distribute mail
  • Maintain client information in SugarCRM, office appearance, and office supply inventory
  • Process reports and monthly credit card statements
  • Work with senior leadership in planning two corporate retreats annually as well as annual investor meetings 
  • Update company website using WordPress
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 3+ years reporting directly to senior management
  • Experience in VC or private equity a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced work environment
  • Ability to coordinate the needs and demands of multiple people
  • Proven track record of dependability
  • High level of integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
