Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide proactive, administrative support to the President, Top Principal, and high-profile clients
  • Proofread and edit for accuracy and/or edit for punctuation, grammar, style and formatting in accordance with corporate style guide
  • Answer and handle sensitive calls from key clients and deadline-driven clientele
  • Maintain a complex calendar of meetings and events
  • Assist with in-house and outsourced marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and update contacts using Access database
  • Support events and other activities
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 5 years’ excellent administrative support experience and drive to learn and grow
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
  • Excellent grammatical, proofreading, and research/data checking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and to thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Familiarity with HTML and Adobe/InDesign is preferred
  • Experience in a professional services firm
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
