Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:
- Oversee reception, answer phones, greet visitors and manage conference rooms
- Responsible for guest access and maintaining best practices to ensure security of the office
- Provide support for a multitude of projects using Microsoft Outlook, internal databases and intranet
- Support whole office administrative needs such as compiling monthly conference room reports, gift ordering and providing specific departmental support
- Coordinate seasonal tickets
- Bachelor’ s Degree
- 2-7 years of relevant reception experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential, professional and personal information
- MS (Outlook, Word and Excel) proficiency is required. Experience with calendar management also required
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred
- Able to keep the hours of 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. with flexibility from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
