Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:
  • Oversee reception, answer phones, greet visitors and manage conference rooms
  • Responsible for guest access and maintaining best practices to ensure security of the office
  • Provide support for a multitude of projects using Microsoft Outlook, internal databases and intranet
  • Support whole office administrative needs such as compiling monthly conference room reports, gift ordering and providing specific departmental support
  • Coordinate seasonal tickets
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 2-7 years of relevant reception experience preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential, professional and personal information
  • MS (Outlook, Word and Excel) proficiency is required. Experience with calendar management also required
  • Administrative experience in a corporate environment strongly preferred
  • Able to keep the hours of 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. with flexibility from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
