As the Administrative Assistant, you will support a number of departments within Financial Operations, and assist with the administrative needs of the CFO as well as his direct reports. Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide excellent administrative support and client service
  • Screen and direct various communications, including answering and directing incoming calls; setting up conference calls; distributing materials, etc.
  • Assist with calendar management, travel and meeting arrangements, etc., for CFO and his direct reports
  • Manage documents including scanning and filing tracking spreadsheets
  • Process legal documents for signature 
  • Prepare and manage expense reports
  • Assist members of the financial operations team with the preparation and processing of invoices and accounts payable for both the US and UK vendors
  • Provide mail support with reviewing all incoming mail and distribute appropriately
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent with 2 years professional experience in a fast-paced administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel throughout every level of the company
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage details
  • Experience supporting executives or teams in financial services preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
