Responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator:
  • Copying, scanning, collating and filing
  • Maintaining supplies and periodically checking inventory by placing orders, verifying receipts, and organizing items
  • Greeting and interacting with guests in person and over the phone
  • Organizing and maintaining the office common area
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Assisting in the creation of content for the departments intranet pages and internal process manual
  • Coordinating meetings and other departmental activities
  • Processing and handling mailings
  • Using Microsoft Office to create files
  • Processing On-boarding and Off-boarding requests for permanent and contract staff

Requirements for the Administrative Coordinator:
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
