Our client in Boston, MA is looking for an Administrative Project Assistant to join their team. In this contract role, you will serve as a back-up for the Project Coordinator to provide ongoing administrative and logistical support to the office. Responsibilities for the Accounting Analyst:
  • Assist with calendar management
  • Assist in determining blocks of time and locations for basic internal meetings, small group meetings, and coordinate lunch reservations for offsite meetings, etc.
  • Assist in preparation and planning process for larger meetings, such as offsite team meetings, and confirming attendance of participants and/or presenters, etc.
  • Aid in the facilitation of design sprints and provide ongoing logistical support
  • Cross reference dates and business purposes for expenses to assist with expense report compilation each month
  • Assist with various additional tasks as required

Requirements for the Accounting Analyst:
  • One to two years of experience in a comparable professional environment
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
