Hours:
  • Monday-Friday from 9: 00am to 5: 00pm

Responsibilities for the Administrative Support:
  • Work with licensing staff to process all license applications, permits, certificates, and renewals
  • Understand and comply with all Commission guidelines
  • Update, edit, and enhance all licensing applications
  • Maintain information for industry and LLA changes
  • Know standard business practices
  • Perform general filing duties and use basic office equipment
  • Transcribe dictation, summarize meetings, proofread documents and complete forms
  • Handle mail duties
  • Receive phone calls and greet visitors
  • Enter information into the database
  • Participate in any specialized projects
  • Provide general office support

Requirements for the Administrative Support:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of working experience preferred
  • Associate's Degree or higher degree in business administration, business management, or public administration may be substituted for required experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
